Our engineers have developed our own automatic line for processing of large-size tires, which can process into crumbs wheel large of trucks such as BelAZ and others. This line is ALPHA TIRE RECYCLING - KING (ATR - KING), it has no analogues the global market in price and efficiency, it is unique in the technical plan.
Technological line for recycling tires into crumbs ALPHA TYRE RECYCLING KING has the calculated capacity from 1,000 kg / h of input. This figure is based on the practical experience; this figure can be increased by faster preparation of tires for recycling.
This equipment is designed for the processing of both car’s and truck’s tires, and oversized tires with a maximum diameter of 6000 mm and 1500 mm wide.
Line ATR - KING is designed for recycling of large-size tires into rubber crumb. This equipment allows to recycle large wheels, getting high-quality products. Line ATR - KING has no analogues in the world. ATR – KING is easy to transport and it allows to recycle waste tires locally at places of its formation.
Depending on the type of tire, the yield of pure of the finished product is 60 - 70% of the initial weight of raw material. Approximately 70% of the finished product will be rubber crumb with the most popular size of 2 - 4 mm, 15% of the size of 0.1 - 2 mm and 15% of the size of 5 - 6 mm.

Technical details of automatic shears for cutting of large size tires into pieces
The unit is designed for cutting of large-size tires worn models: 40.00R57. 46.00h57, 33.00R51. 33.00h51, 24.00h35, 24.00R35, 21.00h35 into pieces (chips) weighing 20 - 30kg.
